- Department and Content Level Planning

- SEL/Relationship Building
- Trauma Informed Practices
- Two-Way Communication
Goals
Based on discussion of the survey feedback, the following are PD Committee goals for the PD Days.
- Provide opportunities for staff to reconnect with each other
- Improve staff confidence in teaching in a remote model and hybrid model
- Prioritize teaching and learning best practices and the tools that best fit those outcomes
- Set time for identifying clarity and consistency of grade level, school, and district expectations
- Highlight the academic guidebook that was created by the Academic Programming Reentry working group
- Offer a time for staff to share their own strategies and tools with one another in an EdCamp session
- Ensure staff have training in any new digital curriculum resources or remote learning platforms
- Design enough time for building based collaboration and individual preparation and planning
- Strike a balance so staff have what they need to feel less overwhelmed
